More proof of Willowfield's growing reputation as a top school came this week with a letter of congratulations from a government education minister.

Mr Stephen Twigg announced that Willowfield is now in the top 25% of schools in the country for Value Added between KS2 and KS4.

Meanwhile, the Department for Education and Skills has revealed that Willowfield is in the top 5% of all schools nationally for Value Added between Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

Our headteacher, Ms Eve Wilson, said: 'All our students should feel very proud of themselves.'
